Early Friday’s
I do love my early Friday’s when I only work a half day. I’d mostly dash home, whip up a quick lunch for my home schoolers; but more often stop at my favourite Pattisiere and grab some homemade pies and a cake each for the boys and I. It’s time for school to go back next Tuesday but I will miss being with them on my half Friday’s. I should do the housework then but will be happy to sit and draw at my little table that looks out to my little deck.

Miniatures
I’m actually enjoying working in a teeny weeny way. It’s very meditative and I recommend it to anyone. Make your own fruit platter and watch things come to life before your eyes.

National disaster
So much darkness, heat, smoke, loss of life, nature and belongings.

At the beach and lots of fossicking
I love to fossick on holidays and collect new and interesting things from nature. Playing with my travel watercolour set; revisting watercolour is always fun and challenging. At the Beach, love it! I hope to finish a small sequence of at the beach drawings and will post them when done.

Christmas in Eltham
Without a doubt each Christmas you can hear Christmas tunes blaring from the loud speakers as the local Fireys travel up down the steep hills around residential Eltham. It’s those regular acts within the local community that bring the neighbourhood out to chat and of course wave to Santa and his firey crew on the back of the big loud red Firetruck. Luv this!
