I had a little splurge and got myself a little set of pan pastels in the ‘greyscale’. Playing in these soft pigments that glide on like velvet and feel very painterly was fab. Can’t wait for more playtime. 🙂
~Divine you have escaped the cage, your wings are stretched out, now fly.~
It was the 24th June on a Wednesday.
I do love my early Friday’s when I only work a half day. I’d mostly dash home, whip up a quick lunch for my home schoolers; but more often stop at my favourite Pattisiere and grab some homemade pies and a cake each for the boys and I. It’s time for school to go back next Tuesday but I will miss being with them on my half Friday’s.
I should do the housework then but will be happy to sit and draw at my little table that looks out to my little deck.
Many paths to take but we can be lead by a powerful pull that is all encompassing. It’s all up to us.
With so much Covid-19 every turn we look; I want to add some pretty to your day.
I have to paint you and immortalise your heroic selfless acts in that of rescuing our vulnerable, sick Koalas left to fend for themselves often on their own after our fires. You are the hero.
